These terms govern your use of the Finito Cleaning website and the engagement of our cleaning services. By using our website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are provided based on the information you supply and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change if site conditions or scope differ materially from what was described.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed in writing. We ask for reasonable notice of cancellations or rescheduling so we can re-allocate crews. Cancellation fees may apply for short-notice changes.
Our services
We perform cleaning services with reasonable care and skill to a documented standard. Access to the site, services, and power must be available at the scheduled time.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Late payments may incur fees. Online payments, when enabled, are processed securely by our payment provider.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
